Baltic Pointe Draper, UT This project showcases a five-story mass timber office building in Utah, the first of its kind. With a strong emphasis on innovation and sustainability, the building will accommodate Pelion and other tenants, providing 125,000 square feet of premium office space across five floors. Additionally, it includes two levels of podium parking, covering 55,200 square feet, along with a two-story common lobby that enhances the welcoming atmosphere of the building. We are thrilled to announce the completion of a new 278-bed student housing project for Boise State University! We are especially proud of our Idaho team and all their efforts in helping this project cross the finish line. Thankful to United Way of Salt Lake for supporting Utah students! We are proud to have had a few of our employees participate in United Way’s annual Stuff the Bus event, contributing to an incredible effort that made a significant impact in our community. In total, Stuff the Bus supported 11,000 students across 22 schools and 5 community partners in 4 school districts. Together, the volunteers stuffed 4,950 backpacks with an impressive 96,729 school supplies for students. Additionally, 40,000 individual school supplies were provided to schools, and more than $60,000 was raised to purchase much-needed supplies. The Birtcher team spent the morning with our partners, University of Nevada-Las Vegas and Gardner Group at the Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA) for the LVGEA 2024 Perspective. Today the City of South Jordan presented our 2024 Corporate Citizen Award to Kem C. Gardner of the Gardner Group and John Gust of Arbor Commercial. Both together and separately, these two companies have done a great deal of work in our city over the past 20 years, making visionary investments into many housing and commercial projects, including Towne Center and The District.
