Ever grateful for our 2023-2024 CCEO Fellows, who finished the school year with a celebration in the Gardens of Golden Gate Park! 🌱 This was a chance "to appreciate and celebrate the Fellows for all the passion, dedication, and hard work they have poured into their students and school communities," said Associate Program Manager, Aneri Rodriguez. "Teaching is often a thankless job so I am happy we are able to actively express our gratitude towards the wonderful impact they have made over the course of the year," Aneri said. We are so proud of our Fellows and their year of garden education!🌿✨

  • We're excited to welcome a beautiful new exhibition at the Helen Crocker Russell Library! Hummingbirds and Flowers: Photographs by Ian Reid is a study in patience, perseverance and observation, with photos that reveal the diversity of flowers combined with charming images of hummingbirds as pollinators. Reid has been a photographer for many years and has studied and practiced a variety of techniques and subjects, including black and white and color landscapes, wildlife, plant life, and people. His most recent consuming interest is photographing hummingbirds, especially as they visit the many varieties of flowering plants from around the world in San Francisco Botanical Garden. Reid's work is on exhibit through September, so stop by the Library and brighten up your summer! No admission is required to visit the Library, which is located inside the Main Gate of San Francisco Botanical Garden on the left-hand side. To learn more, visit https://lnkd.in/gwrWDKQB
