I’m thrilled to share that Rulin Dai and I have successfully closed $5,800,000 in permanent financing for a multi-tenant retail center in Colorado Springs! This impressive property spans approximately 80,000 SF and features a mix of national and local tenants in a well-established location with limited new retail development.
