    Wow! We are excited to be included, but looking at this restaurant tech map is overwhelming! 😅 How are all of the operators out there making decisions on these things? Here's a TL;DR for us: Galley is a culinary resource planning platform that uses your recipes to inform a variety of operational activities. You can connect things like vendor items to ingredients to your recipes in order get insights on costing, ordering needs, etc. Bonus: if you edit or scale a recipe, all of the connected items automatically update 🤯 Or if you want to accurately track nutrition and/or allergens - we got you.     Today we are celebrating our recent partnership with Houston Food Bank! 🎉 Houston Food Bank serves over 1 million people in southeast Texas. 🤯 Their mission is to address the greater issue of food insecurity by distributing food and other essentials to those in need with the help of a network of more than 1,600 community partners. Additionally, they provide a variety programs and services aimed at helping families achieve long-term stability. They will be using Galley to streamline several of their culinary programs to create a digital single-source of truth and more efficient resource planning.
