About us
FutureVoltaics S.L. is a spin off of the Institute of Micro and Nanotechnology of the Spanish National Research Council. We are developing VECTHOR, a new photovoltaic system optimised for maximum production at times of high energy demand, thus minimising the need to store the energy produced and obtaining greater profitability.

We have been closely following the work by Over Easy Solar for the past two years. We think they have a great value proposition, and a very perfected product. We all underestimate how difficult this is to achieve. Today, jointly with Manuel Hinojosa (FutureVoltaics, CEO), we had the pleasure to meet Trygve Mongstad, founder of Over Easy Solar. We discussed ways to help each other and jointly promote vertical bifacial as the best photovoltaic technology for the current market scenario. The whole meeting was in english, and only at the end did Trygve reveal his perfect spanish.
