Meet Customer Service Legend Pattie English, a team member of the Office of the Tax Commissioner, Motor Vehicle Division! Pattie helped a customer when their vehicle title had been wrongfully transferred from Missouri to Georgia without their knowledge. The customer was elated that Ms. English went above and beyond in assisting them by following up with them and by taking the appropriate steps to resolve the matter. Pattie was was wonderful and extremely helpful. Kudos to Ms. English for providing excellent customer service and making this encounter with the customer a memorable one!

Meet Customer Service Legend Jason O'Connor, an employee of the Fulton County Board of Assessors! Jason helped a citizen correct the mailing address for their property, after it had been recorded incorrectly during property transfer. The resident was pleased when Mr. O'Connor recognized the error and was efficient with assisting with the correction. They were appreciative to see their tax dollars at work. We applaud, Mr. O'Connor, for delivering excellent customer service and for making this customer's encounter with the County a memorable one!
