- Dee Rose, CalAIM Program Manager
"I am Dee Rose, and I’m excited to announce my role as the new CalAIM Program Manager at FAIHP. I join the team with a strong sense of enthusiasm and eagerness to contribute to our shared success. With 15 years of experience in Psychiatric Nursing and Mental/Behavioral Health across diverse settings such as the department of corrections, state hospitals, county, and community settings, I am eager to bring my expertise as a CalAIM leader to FAIHP."
- Roberto Couto, Health Educator II/Registered Dietitian
Roberto Couto, is our newest addition to our Care Integration Team. In his role, he will be responsible for coordinating diabetes and health/nutrition education services for American Indian individuals receiving services from FAIHP. Born and raised in Turlock, CA, he moved to Fresno to pursue his education as a first-generation student at Fresno State. Roberto's academic journey led him to complete a Bachelor of Sciences in Food and Nutritional Science with a minor in Gerontology, and a Masters of Sciences in Nutrition and Dietetic Internship Program through Auburn University in Alabama. Stella Okeke, a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional has joined FAIHP as our Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). With a wealth of experience and a commitment to excellence, Stella brings a high level of care to our community, rooted in empathy and integrity. Her diverse background coupled with her genuine concern for women’s well-being, enables her to provide comprehensive and personalized care tp individuals of all ages. We are excited to welcome Stella and confident that her expertise will greatly enhance our ability to deliver patient-centered healthcare.
