During employees’ first year, you create an Individual Development Plan with your manager to help plot your long-term career path. All employees also can opt to have a mentor. And for training, Freese and Nichols University offers more than 100 classes. We provide monetary rewards, too: annual-review pay increases, performance bonuses and a Team FNI Bonus.

We reward community service by recognizing employees who reach 100 hours of service with a $100 donation to their favorite charity.
