For the first time, Four Oaks held Legislative events in Ankeny and Dubuque! Four Oaks leaders met with local legislators in both areas to discuss successes and issues we are seeing around the state. The elected officials asked great questions and we had meaningful discussion that will hopefully lead to positive changes for the children and families we serve. Four Oaks leadership met with some of our Linn County state legislators yesterday to talk about how we can better help Iowa's children and families. Thank you to all of the kids and families that were part of the PJ Party at Fredsville Luthern Church in Cedar Falls! The party was the Vacation Bible School's Service Project and they gathered pajamas, toothbrushes, blankets, and many other items for foster families! It was such an amazing event!
