VLTN will lead the identification and optimisation of impactful business application settings of Class I/II IWT vessel-based logistics networks, will model the expected adoption of small, flexible, autonomous, zero-emission vessels and will also have the role of the project's Quality Manager. We're excited to share the launch of the "Taskforce for Uptake of Zero-Emission Vessels in Europe," a collaborative effort kicked-off by FOREMAST alongside AUTOFLEX HEU Project, CRISTAL Project, PLOTO project, PLATINA4Action, ReNEW, SEAMLESS Project, DISCO Project and SYNERGETICS. Introduced for the first time during a special session at #TRA2024, this taskforce aims to: 🔹 Guide zero-emission vessel adoption in Europe 🔹 Engage stakeholders for insights on trends and expectations 🔹 Identify and overcome adoption barriers 🔹 Develop new business models for project results 🔹 Collaborate on dissemination and communication activities We’re committed to advancing sustainable maritime and inland waterways transport and look forward to sharing more updates soon!
