To ensure we're fulfilling this mission, we diligently track our impact every quarter. Here are the numbers that matter most to those we serve ⤵ The first half of 2024 has allowed us to help fill an incredible 238 positions. We've continued to be a trusted, value add partner with 88% of the clients we worked with being repeat clients. Our team has expanded internally, allowing us to grow our efforts to help serve 22 new clients during this same time period. We've received raving reviews from candidates and clients alike ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ . We’re proud to have placed 14 executive roles so far this year. And our average time to fill continues to dazzle our partners at 46 days. As we roll into our quarterly Rocks meeting this week, we're taking the time to reflect and appreciate our entire team for all of the effort they've put in.
