🌟 OmniForce Solutions proudly sponsored Flipping The Barrel’s remarkable event, "Energizing Tomorrow: Empowering the Next Generation"! 🌟

As a dedicated partner, we remain steadfast in our commitment to fostering talent development and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) within the energy industry. This event united thought leaders, industry experts, and passionate advocates to explore innovative strategies for cultivating a skilled and diverse workforce essential for a sustainable future.

Special thanks to Jamie Elrod, Massiel Diez, and the entire Flipping the Barrel team for orchestrating such an inspiring event. As highlighted by our CEO, Mike Griffin, the discussions were real, relevant, forward-thinking but most importantly INSPIRING!

We are especially grateful for Mike’s opportunity to share a personal story about his eldest daughter, Allie "Gator" Griffin. As a father of two young girls, Mike deeply values the influential role models Flipping the Barrel champions for the next generation of female leaders.

If you haven’t yet attended one of their events, we highly encourage you to join us for the next one! Let’s continue our journey of empowering and energizing tomorrow together! ⚡️💪

Who would've thought learning Gen Z terms could be this entertaining (and informative)? 😂 Audrey Flynn took on the challenge of teaching Liberty Energy's CEO, Chris Wright, the latest and greatest Gen Z terms. Chris was a good sport as he navigated the world of youthful jargon. Understanding the language of a generation can bridge communication gaps and foster better relationships in the workplace. We believe that by embracing Gen Z culture and terminology, leaders can create a more inclusive and engaging environment for young employees. What do you think? Is learning Gen Z terms a valuable skill for leaders? Share your thoughts 👇

BGWN would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Flipping The Barrel for inviting us to Energizing Tomorrow: Empowering the next generation, to Lee Harns for sponsoring our participation at the event, and to Jose Ochoa, Doctoral of Business Administration Candidate, MBA for providing us with this amazing opportunity. It was a fantastic experience, and we greatly appreciate the chance to participate and network. As both the panels shared their incredible journeys navigating the industry and insights into shaping future leaders, here are some key learnings: EMPOWERING THE NEXT GENERATION: Fatherhood, Leadership, and the Energy Industry’s Talent Pipeline ◽ Be aware of the expectations from you and attempt to exceed them.  ◽Be confident and believe in yourself.  ◽Instead of having a chip on your shoulder, it would go a long way to first understand the bias in the industry and then work towards addressing it. Cultivating Diversity: Where does DE&I go from here? ◽Akin to the safety standards set and followed, it is equally imperative to embed DE&I into organizational practices and policies.  ◽It is crucial to see diverse perspectives to move forward, and thus, roles should be allocated based on merit and capability, not gender.  ◽We are not the first ones to advocate and advance DE&I, but we still have a long way to go. These discussions underscored the critical role of leadership in empowering the next generation and cultivating a diverse, inclusive workforce to drive the future of the energy industry. We look forward to future collaborations and continued engagement.

We were excited to participate in Flipping The Barrel’s Energizing Tomorrow event. Our CEO and Founder, Timothy S. Duncan, spoke about the Next Generation: Fatherhood Leadership and the Energy Industry’s Talent Pipeline. From Tim: “Investing in our children during their formative years is essential. Coach the little league team, read to your child’s class, and do all the things; the returns will pay off as they get older.” Talos believes in fostering well-being and creating access to resources for our employees and communities to enrich lives. Thanks to Flipping the Barrel for an engaging day with the energy industry.
