Armed with their strong international experience and their complementarity, they are committed to resolving the complex challenges of urban logistics. 🟣 stéphane JACQUE, with a strong experience in light commercial vehicles engineering at Renault Group, joins Flexis S.A.S as Head of Technology. 🟣 Arnaud Marchand, our new Head of Program Project, has already been leading the FlexEVan project for the past 2 years, armed with 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. 🟣 Christophe MONEREAU, with a Quality Chief Transformation background in Renault Group and 22 years of Powertrain and Véhicle process and product Quality expertise, is joining our team as head of Industry and Quality 🟣 Pierre Sirolli, our new Head of Services and Solutions, has 23 years of experience in B2B automotive and a solid background in Last Mile Delivery project strategy at Volvo Group and managing director at Renault Trucks Italia. 🟣 Emmanuel Varenne, benefiting from his solid background in strategy at Volvo Group, is nominated Head of Strategy. 🟣 Olivier De Saint Meleuc, with 20 years of international expertise in trucks & light commercial vehicles, moves from Senior VP at Renault Trucks to Head of Sales and Marketing at Flexis S.A.S. 🟣 Jérôme Ouazana, previously 19 years at Stellantis in several M&A & CFO roles and with a strong international experience, especially in Asia, is glad to join Flexis S.A.S as CFO. 🟣 LEILA MECHAI, previously Managing Director at Ibiden and with 20 years of international experience in HR, is our new Head of People & Organization. 🌟 Philippe Divry and Krishnan Sundararajan took up their positions as respectively CEO and COO of FLEXIS S.A.S, in the presence of Luca de Meo, CEO of Renault Group, Martin Lundstedt, CEO of Volvo Group, and Rodolphe SAADE, Chairman and CEO of CMA CGM.    🟣  Philippe Divry is a graduate of École Polytechnique and École des Mines de Paris. He began his career at Renault Véhicules Industriels in 1990, then joined the Volvo Group in 2002. He held several industrial managements positions and led Volvo Powertrain's France Division from 2003 to 2009. He also has a solid commercial experience as Head of Products, Marketing and Strategy at Volvo Bus, and then as President of Volvo India. Throughout his international career, Philippe Divry has been involved in building several strategic partnerships and was a member of the Board of Directors of the Volvo-Eicher joint venture from 2012 to 2024. As Senior Vice President for Group Trucks Strategy at Volvo, he was instrumental in the creation of Flexis S.A.S. Philippe Divry will now bring his experience in B2B logistics, his knowledge of strategy and partnerships and his mastery of the entire value chain to Flexis S.A.S. 🟣 Krishnan Sundararajan holds a master's degree in technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (specializing in automotive) and a master's degree in commerce from the Indian Business School (specializing in finance).  Commencing his automotive career from 1995, he has held various positions in the automotive and vehicle technology sector, as well as in research and management of automotive programs in several countries, with leading companies such as Mitsubishi, Ford Visteon and Nissan. Krishnan Sundararajan has a strong track record in launching automotive programs in emerging and mature markets in Asia, the US and Europe. Most notably, he headed the business and technology division of the Renault Nissan in India. Since 2021, Krishnan Sundararajan has been FlexEVan Project Director within the Renault Group's Paris-based teams.
