📰 On July 23, a video posted to X by the user "Hamas fighter 🇵🇸” made explicit threats of violent attacks at the Paris Olympics in retribution for France’s support for Israel in the ongoing war against Hamas in Gaza. While later revealed to likely be the work of a Russian threat actor, reaction to the video exemplified concerns about the heightened risks present at a global gathering as large as the Olympics.
