Stocks had a successful first half of the year. However, as Chris Montoya mentions in prior updates, much of the money is being made by a handful of tech companies. This narrow market leadership leads us to believe that investors are no longer worried about inflation and are more concerned with overall economic strength. Meet Landon Berg! Landon graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor’s degree in Geology and a minor in Business. He later returned to school and earned a Master of Science in Geoscience. Before joining First Financial Trust, Landon worked for several oil & gas exploration companies developing both conventional and unconventional reservoirs in the lower 48 states and Alaska. Outside of work, Landon loves to stay involved in his community and church. He spends his free time at kid's sporting events, working out, hunting, and fishing.
