Ending this week on a high. Out of the thousands of businesses in the Philadelphia region, we had the honor of being one of only 84 businesses named a Best Places to Work Company by the Philadelphia Business Journal. Last night our team joined all the winners to celebrate this incredible accomplishment. There was no shortage of excitement or FRB Blue. We had a blast cheering on our fellow awardees, chanting, dancing and in the process picked up an additional award- The Team Spirit Award. Thank you to everyone who made the night memorable and to all the employees at First Resource Bank who make our company the best place to work every day!

Pam is a mix of all things cool and wonderful and for the past 9 years, we have been lucky to have her as a member of our cash management team. Banking can be confusing for some customers, but Pam is a natural at explaining things in a way that helps to put our customers at ease. Simply put- Pam’s the best! It’s hard to believe that we’re only 2 short months away from the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce’s Annual Dinner where we will have the honor of presenting the Small Business of the Year Award. Will we see you there? Rumor has it that it’s going to be a blast!
