FCCI’s School of Excellence is pleased to host the inaugural PREMIER PARTNER TRAINING WEEK, July 15-19, 2024, at the Sarasota Home Office. Eighteen producers and account managers from FCCI’s agency partners were chosen to participate. Participants gathered for a week of presentations and group activities with FCCI specialists from underwriting, claims, premium audit and risk control. The program is a comprehensive learning experience developed in collaboration with teammates and agency partners. It spans from May to December and combines self-study, in-person learning, virtual classes and peer networking.

FCCI Midwest region teammates Josh Newell, Ann Ingram and Rebekah Moore volunteered at Children’s TherAplay Foundation in Carmel. They watered horses, worked in the barn stalls and cleaned the arena. Another group from FCCI will volunteer at Children’s TherAplay on July 29 to stuff envelopes for a fundraiser. The Children's TherAplay Foundation, Inc. is a not-for-profit pediatric outpatient clinic near Indianapolis serving children with disabilities. It is the largest clinic in the country, providing physical, occupational and speech therapies on horseback through an innovative treatment strategy called hippotherapy. https://lnkd.in/g-UbeqVm

FCCI Midwest region teammates Will Hamilton, Christy Kehoe and Rebekah Moore volunteered at Outside the Box in Indianapolis. The trio weeded and planted, transforming the raised gardens, sensory garden and entry area to the building. They also enjoyed visiting with individuals benefiting from the nonprofit's services. Outside the Box, Inc. empowers people with intellectual disabilities to grow personally through education, self-discovery, leadership development and a customized career path. https://otbonline.org/
