"What are the root causes for 911 response to health calls?" 🤔 It’s not just about stabilizing someone in crisis — it’s about long-term solutions. Capt. Shellie Seibert at the Tulsa Police Department explains how the Community Response Team (CRT) works closely with Family & Children’s Services to ensure proper follow-up care through back-end navigation. This approach moves away from the traditional "quick fix" and focuses on true crisis diversion. 🎧 Explore how this innovative model is transforming crisis response on the OK State of Mind podcast. Perfect morning for our Family & Children's Services #COPES and YPAC leaders to gather at Greenwood Rising and share words of encouragement. As we wind down Suicide Prevention Month, today is a great reminder there are no gestures too small to matter. Lean in to those around you; risk asking how someone is doing; and don't hide your own sense of vulnerability either! Lydia Jeong Tom A. Taylor, II
