Do you know any youth interested in the culinary industry? Please share this with your network. --- Hospitality Training Academy (HTA) is offering a no-cost, pre-apprenticeship Prep Cook Training Program through the California Opportunity Youth Apprenticeship (COYA). This program equips participants with essential culinary skills, including terminology, equipment usage, knife skills, kitchen safety, sanitation, and food preparation. Additionally, participants will benefit from a three-day career readiness boot camp covering leadership quality, resume building, and more. Upon completion they’ll have support in job placement with one of our partnered employers through union UNITE HERE Local 11. https://lahta.org/
