We had a fantastic time at the Madison roundtable networking event on June 4th, held at Nakoma Golf Club! The event titled, “Culture Shock: Managing in the Age of Outrage” and sponsored by Executive Agenda, brought together EA members and other local area leaders for an engaging discussion on the complexities of managing today’s fluctuating work dynamics. The event kicked off with a panel discussion by Michelle Bailey Gutzmer, ACC, Val Farace and Martha Johannsen, SHRM-SCP and facilitated by EA Group Chair Steve Johannsen. Following the panel sharing their insights, attendees participated in small group, roundtable discussions professionally facilitated by EA Group Chairs), gaining valuable insights, fostering connections, and exploring strategies to navigate these challenges. Thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to the vibrant conversation!
