The success of most service-based businesses comes down to 2-things... Two very simple concepts... But the most basic concepts are often the most difficult to execute at a high-level. The conclusion to a challenge years in the making. There are so many parallels between business & sports... As a shorter kid growing-up my dad tried to prepare me that I most likely wasn't going pro (no matter how good I may have been for my age)... But he was always on me to attack every game / every practice like it was Game 7... And it made me who I am.
