Hurricane Helene is a solemn reminder of how precious each day is and how quickly our lives can change. We're grateful to report that impacted team members across the ESP enterprise are safe and receiving support as they take the next step after this unprecedented natural disaster, and our greatest hope is that our neighbors across the Southeast are also safe and supported amidst ongoing relief efforts throughout so many of our communities in need. While the process of rebuilding will be long, we are all in this together as we continue reaching out to one another and leading with kindness.

Led by ESP civil engineering department manager Andrew Martin, the municipal infrastructure team in our Fort Mill, SC office has started a new tradition - the semiannual Tri-Nerdathon team picnic and competition! In the spirit of the Olympics, the Spring 2024 competition awarded "gold medals" to the winning team and included a sack race, egg carry, balloon toss, yard pong tournament, and trivia. Andrew says, "It's such a pleasure to have fun and enjoy such a talented team on a daily basis.
