📣 Shape the future of the EDCI!    Next week the EDCI Steering Committee will release the 2024 EDCI Metrics Survey. This is an opportunity for members to weigh in on proposed updates to current metrics as well as input on the short list of potential new metrics to include in the EDCI framework. 📊   The Steering Committee will review results from the survey before making a final decision on the metrics evolution for 2025. 📆 #privateequity #dataanalytics #responsibleinvesting

🚨🚨 The EDCI Steering Committee are excited to share that the SFDR Principal Adverse Impacts (PAIs) will be included as an optional extension for the initiative going forwards. While the PAIs will not be part of the core EDCI set of metrics, given the importance of these metrics for many GPs and LPs, the EDCI will support member GPs in validating and providing benchmarks for these metrics, alongside including them in optional data sharing functionality for member LPs. 📩 👏 Thanks to all the EDCI GPs who have shared data from the SFDR PAIs to date! 🚨 With data from over 6,300 PortCos, the interim version of the third annual ESG in Private Markets benchmark is now live, including a new feature - the ability for GPs and LPs to share data 🤝directly within the portal. As a reminder, EDCI members GPs are able to access to the benchmark once their data has been fully validated. ✉Please keep an eye out for emails from the BCG Expand team, and answer questions as quickly and completely as possible to complete your validation and unlock 🔓 the benchmark analytics. 📸 Feature Snapshot: PMDR and NZIF Framework Hypotheses    📊 This year, the EDCI is excited to be introducing an optional Net Zero metric and is pleased to draw on this and other EDCI metrics to offer premium members a hypothesis of where each PortCo would fall relative to the Private Markets Decarbonization Roadmap (PMDR) and Net Zero Investment Framework (NZIF).   🌍 We hope that these hypotheses will be a valuable tool in helping members quickly and accurately understand their portfolios relative to industry standard frameworks and provide input into their #netzero and #decarbonization decision making.
