EP developed this custom vacuum lifter that features an arc of vacuum cups to ensure a continuous, secure, and damage-free grip on the curved panels. This custom design eliminates the challenges of traditional gripping methods by: 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗳𝗮𝗰𝗲𝘀: The constant arc of vacuum cups provides a perfect seal, eliminating leaks and maintaining a secure hold. 𝗗𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲-𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴: Gentle vacuum technology ensures the delicate aerospace materials remain pristine. Other features include the ergonomic floating handlebars that offer momentary lever controls for a dynamic leveling system (center of gravity shift), momentary pitch lever controls, and float mode controls. The tool is also suspended from an articulating Gorbel Easy Arm jib crane and G-Force Smart Hoist. Ergonomic Partners developed this custom I.D. Grip and Pitch Tool to help our customer handle heavy coils of strapping and banding material. This innovative tool facilitates the safe lifting and maneuvering of these 300-pound coils by gripping the inner diameter and allowing workers to pitch them 90 degrees. The tool is suspended from a Gorbel Workstation bridge crane with a J.D. NEUHAUS Group pneumatic hoist and uses two anti-drop safety systems: an interlocking common button and our gripper safety circuit, preventing operators from accidentally releasing the coils in mid-air. 𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: We designed and built a custom vacuum lifter to meet their specific needs. 𝗞͟𝗲͟𝘆͟ ͟𝗙͟𝗲͟𝗮͟𝘁͟𝘂͟𝗿͟𝗲͟𝘀͟:͟ 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙡 𝙂𝙧𝙞𝙥: Adjustable vacuum cups adapt to different windshield shapes. 𝙀𝙛𝙛𝙤𝙧𝙩𝙡𝙚𝙨𝙨 𝘾𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙡: A long, floating handlebar with dynamic center-of-gravity suspension allows for smooth maneuvering. Double Duty Lifting Power: Stainless Steel Grips Vacuum Seal. EP developed this custom lifting device for a customer that handles heavy bags and bales. It features a powerful vacuum seal as the primary lifting mechanism. But for loads where the vacuum alone isn't enough, we implemented pneumatic stainless-steel hook jaws. These feature a unique, constant arc design that conforms to various bag and bale shapes for a secure hold. The tool is also integrated into a Gorbel Easy Arm and features a force-sensing handle.
