Hosting Affinity Groups this week with Equitable Evaluation Framework Practitioners reminded us of our affinity for rooftops and conversation. Here’s to partners near and far who joined us during the Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO) Conference in LA last month. May this month also find you in the sun amongst friends. #EquitableEvaluationFramework #Philanthropy

After 450 hours of coaching conversations over Zoom, there is something to be said for spending time together in person. On a rooftop. On a sunny day in downtown LA. During the Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO) Conference, EEI hosted incoming Equitable Evaluation Framework Practice Partners, Practitioners, Investment Partners, and Champions to celebrate the closeout of the first phase of our collective work and officially launch the next phase. Heartfelt thanks to Seattle Foundation and The Kresge Foundation for their sponsorship of our celebration. From an idea to a living, breathing thing, the EEF offers a way to think, be, and do differently in philanthropic evaluation, strategy, program development, and more. Interested in the practice of the EEF, find out more at https://lnkd.in/gMEXZFM7. #Philanthropy #EquitableEvaluationFramework

The Equitable Evaluation Framework Practitioners who practice together, party together. (Or at least enjoy a good rooftop conversation together.) Special thanks to Phil Chung from The Colorado Health Foundation, Marissa Jackson from Seattle Foundation, and Art Garcia from The Kresge Foundation for joining Marcia Coné, PhD and EEI at the Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO) conference in LA to share the ways they practice the EEF. If you're interested in becoming an EEF Practice Partner, there are still a few slots left. Find out more at https://lnkd.in/gMEXZFM7 and discover ways to embed the EEF into your foundation's practices. #Philanthropy #EquitableEvaluationFramework

Always a favorite to be in conversation with Equitable Evaluation Framework Practitioners, like Art. Thinking, being, and doing differently…together. He’ll be sharing more about his experience at the Grantmakers for Effective Organizations (GEO) panel later this morning alongside Marissa from Seattle Foundation and Phil from The Colorado Health Foundation! #EquitableEvaluationFramework #Philanthropy

Examining and shifting mindsets offers an entry point for creativity and innovation, and opens up new pathways toward desired change. We love this, Greater Clark Foundation! Keep digging away!
Our Building Trust and Belonging Learning Cohort has been digging into the idea of shifting mindsets to deepen existing and cultivate new relationships. Our grantees are carrying this work into their communities through courageous action and deep listening to be forces for good. Happy to have had members of our team and Equitable Evaluation Framework Practitioners serve as advisors on this work. That it's "A Guide for the Curious" makes it even more fun. #ParticipatoryLearning #Philanthropy #Evaluation
Thrilled to share Fostering Participatory Learning Approaches in Philanthropy: A Guide for the Curious— the first comprehensive resource for funders that focuses on practical tools, tips, and examples for integrating these approaches into foundation practice. #ParticipatoryLearning #Philanthropy #Evaluation
