With planning season upon us, we're revisiting Chris Burgner's deep dive into our ARR forecasting model at Equals. Your churn rate is more than just a number — it can reveal where you should target retention efforts. Take Gross Revenue Churn and Gross Logo Churn: • If Gross Logo Churn > Revenue Churn, you're losing primarily smaller customers. While many are leaving, the overall impact on your business is modest. • If Gross Logo Churn < Revenue Churn, you're losing large, high-value customers who disproportionately impact your revenue. This demands immediate attention. For this and more insights on calculating, interpreting, and optimizing churn: equals.com/saas-metrics
