You can't take a vacation. You can't get sick. It all depends on you. You really don't even own a business yet. You just own your own job. If that is you, you've GOT to get into the business of delegation and you do that by hiring. You hire thoroughbreds that are team members that can actually do crap. They actually do their job and their job is to take on part of the weight of this business. Thoroughbreds generally cost more than donkeys. The difference is, they can actually win The Kentucky Derby. Because donkeys are just...donkeys.
