We were excited to host our technology advisory board member Dr. Shirley Meng, Ph.D., at our San Jose, Calif. headquarters earlier this month to share with her the latest technology and manufacturing progress with our rechargeable solid-state lithium microbattery fabricated on 10um stainless steel. Shirley is a Professor of Molecular Engineering at the Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering at the University of Chicago and Chief Scientist at Argonne National Laboratory’s Collaborative Center for Energy Storage Science.   During Shirley’s visit, we shared and discussed our manufacturing data for the world’s first fully functional multi-layer microbatteries on 10um steel substrate.
