EnLink announced recently a cash distribution of $0.1325 per common unit for the first quarter of 2024, which is unchanged from the fourth quarter 2023 distribution. The first quarter 2024 cash distribution will be paid on May 14, 2024, to unitholders of record on April 26, 2024. S&P stated, “The stable outlook on EnLink reflects our expectations the company will maintain leverage at current levels of under 4x, reflecting its more conservative financial policy and an expectation for EBITDA generation to be relatively stable through commodity price volatility.” EnLink is now rated investment grade at S&P and Fitch Ratings and remains one notch below investment grade at Moody’s.
