En Face Magazine is devoted to celebrating and elevating ballet across the United States. We represent the country’s most prestigious ballet companies through our collection of performing arts publications. Our mission is to support and give recognition to the dancers, choreographers, donors, supporters, and all other artists associated with ballet. Our goal is to inspire individuals to join us in celebrating this beautiful art form by creating an online magazine filled with content about all things ballet. En Face Magazine is the perfect place to learn more about ballet, get inspired by others’ stories, or simply discover beautiful performances.

    ✨ MAGAZINE RELEASE ✨ Ballet Sun Valley is proud to present The Joffrey Ballet for their first ever tour to Idaho! The company will light up the stage for two nights at the iconic Sun Valley Pavilion, nestled amongst the breathtaking mountains and deep blue skies. Each night will feature a unique and dynamic mix of contemporary and classical works. Program A on June 29 will include works by Justin Peck and Andrew McNicol and Program B on June 30 will include works by Christopher Wheeldon and Cathy Marston, among others.     ✨ MAGAZINE RELEASE ✨ Oregon Ballet Theatre closes the season with the second installment of Made in Portland lovingly crafted for the cultural explorers that make the city of Portland great. Like fine wine and food, ballet is ever evolving, and it is their pleasure to lead the way with three locally made world premieres. Adding to the OBT repertory this season are Louisville Ballet Resident Choreographer Andrea Schermoly, freelance choreographer named Pointe Magazine’s Top 25 to Watch, Rebecca Margolick, and OBT’s own rising dance maker Makino Hayashi and producer Charlotte Nash. William Forsythe returns to Boston with the dynamic and masterful ballet, Blake Works III (The Barre Project). An absolute powerhouse of dance, it is riveting to watch Boston Ballet dancers master Forsythe’s challenging and innovative technique. A beloved favorite, Jiří Kylián’s Bella Figura is an exploration of the human form, this sensuous ballet captivates viewers with its raw beauty, sense of curiosity, and delicate intimacy. Lastly Ken Ossola will create a world premiere for Boston Ballet, featuring a new score composed by Boston Ballet Music Director Mischa Santora and electronics by Michael Cain.
