EMVCo has published the EMV® Click to Pay Customer Experience (CX) Guidelines. This interactive tool is for merchants, payment service providers, product owners, developers and CX designers who want to make #onlinecheckout easier with EMV Click to Pay solutions. It provides user experience guidelines and recommendations to build EMV Click to Pay solutions that are more consistent, convenient, secure and can help lower consumer friction and thereby, cart abandonments. 📄 The guide shows sample screens and key use case flows that are easy to follow, and links to the software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interface (APIs) specifications required to create EMV Click to Pay solutions. This integrated approach helps #ClicktoPay solution providers to understand how the CX should be implemented at the technical level to deliver an optimised experience. Earlier this year, EMVCo Associates gathered in Phoenix to provide technical input into EMV® Specification advancements.
