How can we design work for wellness? For workaholics, defined as those with an irresistible urge to work at the expense of other life activities, research has linked workaholism with harm to mental  physical health as well as social relations. All of which can lead to costly health problems. A recent study shows that workaholics are less likely to engage in leisure activities had higher levels of work stress. But when they did engage in leisure activities, their work stress lessened. So, how can EAs help managers design wellbeing into work? Required vacations? Group leisure activities?
