After a series of violent storms cut power to a client location in Houston, TX, one of our facilities management teams leapt in to action to help ensure the safety of the building and restore operations promptly. The building went without power for 48 hours, which required a constant presence from our team to conduct a fire watch and keep doors secured. When electricity was restored, they acted swiftly to get the buildings operational. Our Site Manager Rogelio Ramos was on paid time off, but still responded and spent the entire weekend onsite with his team. The customer had this to say: "I wanted to let you know what an excellent job that Rogelio and your team in Houston did over the weekend. Each member of the EMCOR team was committed to ensuring that the buildings were safe and operational for Monday morning... I think that I called Rogelio at least 25 times on Saturday and he answered my call each time." Thank you to Rogelio, Marvin Conejos, Chris Wist, and Brad Mitchell.
