Many pet owners today are struggling with the rising cost of veterinary care. According to this The New York Times article, veterinary prices have increased by over 60 percent in the past decade. Nonprofit clinics like Emancipet, which are community-funded, play a crucial role in keeping pets and their owners together. This is why our research with the ASPCA on high-volume, low-cost heartworm treatment is so important. You can read more about it in this important report: https://nyti.ms/45L6yJr

A powerful story of the impact of accessible and affordable veterinary care. Support stories like Rodeo with a donation to Emancipet.
When we opened the Austin Dental and Surgical Center, we aimed to fill a crucial gap in affordable dental and surgical care for pets. This clinic is projected to treat over 7,000 pets annually, making a huge difference for pet owners like Dustin. Dustin traveled to San Antonio to adopt a golden retriever puppy, Rodeo, who was born without a full front leg. Despite her challenges, Dustin saw her as special. Rodeo struggled with her remaining limb, and Dustin brought her to Emancipet’s new Austin clinic. Our expert team performed an amputation. This first surgery at the new clinic is what we joyfully refer to as Austin Dental and Surgical Center's first rodeo! Today, Rodeo is a happy, thriving tripod puppy. Help us continue creating happy tails like Rodeo's. Donate $25 for Pet Care Create Everlasting Tails! 🐾✨ Your gift makes a difference: $25 - Give a pet 3 vaccinations $125 - Help a family afford vital surgery $200 - Get pets like Rodeo the amputation they need Celebrate 25 years of Emancipet by giving today! https://lnkd.in/gNru56gx
