The Elkhart County 4-H Fairgrounds is pleased to announce an extensive renovation and expansion project for the Elkhart County Community Center (ECCC). The ECCC is best known for housing 4-H exhibits during the annual Fair, and multiple community events through the year. This transformative project aims to modernize the facility, enhance its functionality, and expand its capacity to better serve the community, 4-H, and our year-round clients.
