Community is who we are. Forward is where we're going.
About us
Inside a former poultry processing plant in downtown Springfield, something special is happening. A business incubator, business support center, talent development hub and more. The efactory opened its doors in March of 2013 with one goal in mind: to serve as a one-stop shop for small business owners and entrepreneurs throughout southwest Missouri. Today our services cover all the bases for businesses and employers – everything from office space for growing companies to custom trainings for established businesses to a university connection for building incredible teams. The efactory is proud to be part of the IDEA Commons district, Missouri State University’s vision for an urban innovation park. We have delivered nationally recognized programs directly accelerating business creation, innovation, and growth. We’re proud to be the go-to resource for business support and talent development solutions. We see a future where innovative businesses create a ripple effect of job growth, community prosperity, and a shared success story for all.

Here's a quick lunch break exercise that's convenient and effective. 💪 Did you know that one lap around our Plaster Center is about 500 steps? That means to reach 1 mile, you only need about 2000 steps. So, why not take this route 4 times and squeeze in a little workout before refueling with your lunch? It's the perfect way to stay active and energized throughout the day!
