This past summer, Brand & Communications Intern Evan Wooldridge connected with current and former EA interns, as well as our dedicated full-time staff, to showcase the lasting impact that the #internship program has on our organization. “We really value the opportunity to have staff that can come in for a summer and learn a specific set of skills that they’re hoping to gain or refine,” Chief of Staff Libby Pier said. “Whether they remain at EA and come back to work for us full-time or they go on to work at another organization, if we can be a part of their learning journey and professional journey, that’s one of the ways that we see the internship program being a part of how we have an impact.” Curious to learn about the internship program from the perspective of EA interns? As a mission-driven non-profit, we use data and analytics to improve outcomes for students and the education system.
About us
Education Analytics conducts research and develops rigorous analytics that support actionable solutions and drive continuous improvement in American education. We help our partners make better decisions on policies and programs that lead to success for all students. At EA, we work closely with our partners to illuminate patterns in data that drive change. We believe that the right data and analytics delivered at the right time can help increase equity in education. We work with the largest education systems in the country, small districts brought together through regional offices of education, state departments of education, leading research institutions and universities, charter management organizations, and fellow non-profit organizations. In each partnership, we bring what we’ve learned across our partners to co-build the right solution. We enjoy collaborating with these organizations to support the success of the millions of students they serve.
