Budgeting season is around the corner and most schools will grapple with a funding cliff in FY25 due to the conclusion of ESSER funding. What should school leaders do about it? Education CFOs are always confronted with a unique set of challenges, from fluctuating enrollment numbers to evolving educational needs. These challenges require budgets that are not only aligned with institutional goals but also flexible enough to adapt to changes. In light of the anticipated reduced funding from the finalization of ESSER funding, CFOS must communicate about school budget challenges effectively and implement best practices to navigate these difficulties. We wrote a blog post about how to get budget season off to an effective start. Reach out if you would like to talk more about making the most of your FY25 budget process. . . . . . . https://lnkd.in/gTjDY4dB
