It was an incredible ⭐International Housekeepers Week⭐!  This monumental holiday week celebrates our team members in the Heart of the House. A hotel relies on our housekeeper’s ability to clean rooms daily to move forward and the overall cleanliness of the resort. Simply phrased, we would not be able to do what we do without housekeepers. They are loyal, courageous, determined, kind, resilient, detailed and caring for everything – and these are just a few words to describe them as they are always giving more of themselves. We believe every day is Housekeeping day, and we commended our very large department with a week full of fun, food, games, prizes, dancing and more!  Thank you to our department leaders for the most memorable week! With Kokoro, we are thankful for our ROCstar Housekeeping team! 🏆 

Our ROCstar team rallied for our Give Kids The World Village Challenge fundraiser, a special nonprofit organization that is dear to our hearts. Lead by our Nobu Batora and GKTW Champion, Alejandro, our team gathered in Spa Garden for a mega fun dunk tank & pie in the face with our executive team & GM (!!), with food, face painting, bounce house and games. Together, we raised $1,159.00 which will be directly donated. Additional thank you to our inspiring Executive Committee Team Members that participated in the success: Martin Smith, Melissa, Eric, Martin Sal, Zach, Claudio and Daniel.  Thank you for taking time, taking pies, taking dives and giving all smiles!   Thank You Salvador and your team, Ricardo, Aide, Oscar & Maylin for making everything come together! You all ROC!
