At Ecolab, we know the importance of having a flexible work schedule, and Julia shares how her role allows her to do just that: "My favorite part of the job is the flexibility that I have. So being a district representative for Nalco, I'm able to really kind of create my own schedule. I have a set list of customers that I have to see every week, and of course, emergencies come up. But for the most part, I'm able to visit the customers that I want to in a day, set my schedule to however many work from home days I can afford, and however many days in the field.
