Thank you to Rêve Academy for bringing in our team to share our #QuestionTheQuo campaign with this summer's interns. We had some enlightening discussions about how students are thinking about their future and what they need from their education as they pursue their career goals.

We had an amazing time with the talented Reve Academy interns at ECMC Group earlier this week! We hosted the interns for a day at our offices in Minneapolis to learn more about careers focused in Operations, Finance, and IT. Their enthusiasm and curiosity were truly infectious, and we can't wait to see what they’ll do with the insights and knowledge gained from the session. Here's to nurturing the next generation of professionals!

Amazing work happening at the Co-Lab! Thanks to our many partners on this exciting endeavor.
Week 1 of the Co-Lab was a huge success. We exceeded all expectations and we know things are going to keep getting better week over week. Last week 18 youth participated in Co-Lab experiences, started to create a community they could feel a part of and had some fun! This is possible because of all the incredible partners from week 1. Thank you James Cooper, Hired!, Career Village, YMCA of the North, Roots Wellness Center, Blaze Credit Union, Junior Achievement North, St Paul College, Doherty Family College, Rêve Academy, ECMC Group, ECMC Foundation, ConnextMSP

Congrats to Heidi Johnson and team! We are so proud to launch the pilot version of Co-Lab and can't wait to see how this community partnership continues to grow.
July 9th ECMC Group launched the Pilot version of Co-Lab. Co-lab was designed by youth of color ages 16-24 from across the Twin Cities. It is a space where youth can build community, confidence, explore education and career opportunities while receiving basic needs support. The ultimate goal of the space is to help youth engage in our education and workforce fully. We were hoping our pilot would include 10 community, education and workforce partners and connect with 5-10 youth. We kicked off yesterday with 30 partners and 25 youth engaged with us on this journey! The interest and energy lead us to believe we are starting something really special. Thank you to all our partners GREATER MSP Partnership, Ieesha McKinzie Collins, Rêve Consulting, Brad von Bank, Callie Karlen, Kaci Norman-Pace, Junior Achievement North, Sara Dziuk, Ling Becker, MPA, Ramsey County, James Cooper, Christine Noël, Jeré Brewster, Rachel Grosskurth, Hired!, ECMC Foundation, VivaCity, YMCA of the North, ECMC's College Place, Tara Pribnow, Blaze Credit Union and many others!
