Brittany helps science-driven organizations tell their stories to the audiences that matter. She spent the last 10 years building high-performance marketing teams and running ambitious communications programs for hundreds of companies, venture capital firms, and nonprofits that operate at the intersection of science and impact. Her passion for storytelling and her commitment to amplifying the impact of science-driven initiatives make her the perfect fit for our team. David previously specialized in AI research and engineering within the medical field, most recently serving as the machine learning lead at a startup automating multimodal medical data analysis. Driven by a childhood dream to work with whales and dolphins, he published a language-audio foundation model for bioacoustics as an independent researcher, leading him to connect with ESP.
