As we end the Juneteenth week, I am filled with gratitude that I get to learn and grow alongside colleagues like ECFC’s Racial Equity Workgroup Co-Chair Kellie Brown and our Chief of Equity and Strategy Keami Harris.   Kellie’s words inspire me to recommit to using my personal role and ECFC’s work,  to, in Kellie’s words, “critically examine our practices, ensuring they reflect values of inclusivity and shift power and opportunity to ensure true liberty and justice for ALL. “ I encourage to you read Kellie’s full reflection to add a little hope and light to your Friday.  https://lnkd.in/eDyiap8D
