Williamson Health marked a new era in community healthcare with the ribbon-cutting of the Boyer-Bryan West Tower at Williamson Medical Center. The newly expanded and renovated tower, named in honor of Luke and Caroline Bryan and The Brett Boyer Foundation, will open to patients on June 19, offering enhanced services, state-of-the-art facilities, and family-friendly spaces designed for comfort and healing. This $200 million project significantly increases the hospital’s capacity and capabilities, including a 35-bed ICU, expanded Cardiac Center, and a new NICU set to open this fall. Did you know? The Holston House rooftop pool was named one of the "7 Best New Rooftop Pools" by Forbes Magazine! The Holston House is a beautifully restored Art Deco building, originally designed by Marr and Holman, the Southeast's most recognized architecture firm of that era. Completed in 1929, it was one of Nashville’s premier hotels before its transformation into war housing in the 1940s and apartment housing in the 1970s. The 13-story building now features 191 guest rooms, over 2,000 square feet of meeting space, a neighborhood restaurant, full-service bar, fitness center, and a stunning rooftop amenity deck with a pool and bar. Our Prima at South Gulch team celebrated the ribbon-cutting of the new 16-story residential tower! Congratulations to everyone involved! Centered around two historic urban buildings, this development brings new life to a growing Nashville neighborhood. Prima at Paseo South Gulch, the first tower of a four-tower development, consists of 16 stories that comprise 278 residential units, 234 parking spaces, 7,000 sf of retail space and 18,000 sf of liner office space. The AdventHealth Lake Nona team recently celebrated the groundbreaking of the state-of-the-art hospital that will offer leading-edge treatments to patients from Central Florida and around the globe.
