Eagle Creek, a hidden gem located in Naples, Florida, is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist and Assistant Controller to join our dynamic team! 🌴⛳ About Us: Situated between Marco Island and downtown Naples, Eagle Creek spans 300 acres of natural beauty. Our exclusive club features an 18-hole championship golf course, tennis and bocce courts, a state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style pool, and multiple dining options for our 460 residents. What You'll Do: This dual-role position is a unique opportunity where you’ll play a key part in both human resources and accounting operations. You’ll oversee HR functions like compliance, recruitment, payroll, employee onboarding, and benefits administration. On the accounting side, you'll assist in daily operations, including invoice processing and budget preparation. Last week Eagle Creek hosted a retirement gathering to celebrate our Maintenance Engineer, Barry's hard work, commitment and countless contributions he made to our organization over the past 15 years. The camaraderie in the room truly reflected the impact Barry has had on our Eagle Creek family and he will be missed! As Barry begins this new chapter in his life, we wish him all the happiness and success he deserves. Congratulations to Christian Louismar, Eagle Creek's September Employee of the Month. Not only is Chris an outstanding employee and took the Employee of The Month voting by a landslide, but he is the longest standing employee of Eagle Creek at over 32 years!! 🥳🤯 When asked about his family, Chris said he is married and has 3 children. Chris likes his work environment because he has had a great boss for a long time and people take care of him here. Chris loves to dance, cook and eat good Haitian food.
