In celebration of National Self-Care Day, it's essential to shine a light on how BIPOC communities navigate through disproportionate stress and challenges. For example, studies reveal that 40% of Black adults are more likely to report feeling stressed on a regular basis, compared to 30% of their white counterparts. Additionally, 33% of Hispanic adults report significant stress due to discrimination, highlighting the urgent need for culturally sensitive support systems. In these trying times, our DRUUMM Chaplain Team stands ready to offer support, understanding, and guidance. If you're seeking a space where your experiences are acknowledged and your well-being is prioritized, reach out to us at druumm.org/chaplains. Our DRUUMM BIPOC ministry serves as a vital sanctuary for healing, reflection, and empowerment. Here, you'll find a community that not only understands the unique pressures you face but also celebrates your resilience and strength. Join us on April 20th for our Spring Caucus and connect with members around the world! druumm.org/events Together, we can navigate the path to wellness and embrace the power of collective self-care. #NationalSelfCareDay #BIPOCWellness #DRUUMM #HealingTogether
