A team that thrives together can change lives together. Is #TBT still a thing? Because we want to throw back to our celebration of all the incredible work that Atlanta Children's Day Shelter does for families in our community. We’re so grateful we could all come together for this brand refresh and celebration of our partners. If you want to learn more about this amazing organization, check them out here: https://www.acsatl.org/ Let’s overcome homelessness together. #DragonArmy #WhatDragonsDo #DoGood #Partnership

Inspiring women inspire women. Every quarter, we hold a Women’s Leadership Roundtable Dinner to bring together female marketing leaders from different backgrounds who believe in making an impact. The purpose is to create space so we can connect, share, and inevitably grow our impact together. Plus, we get to have some fun! Thank you to all the incredible women who came out for this event! 🫶 Shannon Watkins, Melissa M. Proctor, Jill Thomas, Irma Goyal Shrivastava, Edie Kirkman, Jennifer Lemming, Sylvia McBurnett, Adria Walker, Noebeth Toro, Cameron Turner, Tanjuria Willis, Brittany Maul, PMP, Qaadirah Abdur-Rahim. If you or a female leader you know is interested in joining one of our future Women’s Leadership Roundtable Dinners, feel free to DM or share and tag us in the comments. #WhatDragonsDo #InspireHappiness #Impact #WomenWhoLead #DragonArmy

“Doing good” is more than a moment or an event - it’s creating companies that build impact into everything they do. Our very own VP of Client Services, Lauren Wishna, represented Dragon Army at the Women in (B)usiness event to celebrate some of the wonderful women in Atlanta’s B Corp community.👏 Adria Marshall, Elizabeth M'balu Oke, MSc, Akissi Stokes-Nelson, and Tanjuria Willis. “My hope is that we feel inspired by the women on this stage and that everyone in this room leaves feeling confident in our abilities to reach the goals we set for ourselves, not because somebody else set them for us.” -Lauren Wishna #DragonArmy #DoGood #WhatDragonsDo #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenInBusiness
About Thursday night. ♥️ Thank you to everyone that came out for our Celebration of Women in (B)usiness. The conversation was amazing, empowering, and candid. And our panelists stayed late and answered every last question from the audience. The food was great (thanks, Rashe M.), the beer was delicious (thanks, Atlantucky Brewing), and the N/A beverages were provided by Positivity Alkaline Water, a RICE stakeholder. Thank you Marlon Correa and the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs for hosting us and taking care of every last detail. Y'all are amazing. Last but not least, support these women's businesses: Atlanta Sustainable Fashion Week (ATLSFW), Ecoslay, PivotPath, Dragon Army, WunderGrubs. Two of them are already certified #BCorps, and the other three are currently working through the assessment. 👏

Agencies. Awareness. Activism. Alliance. Atlanta. ❤️ Inclusion starts with us, whether it’s in our city, industry, or community. In 2021, Dragon Army became one of the founding members of The A Pledge. The organization is a call to Atlanta marketing and advertising agencies to come together to create an open, diverse, and inclusive space for those within our industry. Our agencies will be better and stronger if our workforce is an accurate reflection of our community. Follow the A Pledge on LinkedIn throughout Black History Month as they share inspiring stories, achievements, and resiliency. Are you looking to regain your focus in 2024? Turn off all notifications and dial into the pages of Stolen Focus by Johann Hari. This book really helped us think differently about time and technology. At Dragon Army, we use a “focus time” calendar throughout the week so our Dragons have designated blocks of time to brainstorm, strategize, design, and develop - interruption-free. #DragonArmy #WhatDragonsRead #Leadership

We’re so proud to be awarded dotCMS’s New Partner of the Year award! There’s nothing Dragons love more than digging into new platforms and technologies. Our teams have worked within all of the leading CMSs over the years, but becoming experts within dotCMS was such a welcomed experience from start to finish - for both our teams and our clients. 🔥 #DragonArmy #WhatDragonsDo #Partnerships

Spending time with our Great Clips Inc. partners and making memories in Minnesota are just a few of our favorite things. 🎶 Two of our Dragons, Erica Warhaftig and Lauren Wishna, had the opportunity to attend a Great Clips conference with Lisa Kummer to celebrate their franchisees. When you meet your partners where they are, you not only get to engrain yourself into their business, but you also get an exclusive look at who they are as people (and they are truly GREAT!) We met new people, formed new connections, deepened existing relationships, and had a lot fun along the way (there was even a dance party.) That’s just a little slice of how we build trust and rapport within our partnerships. How does your company go the extra mile for a partner? #DragonArmy #WhatDragonsDo #Partnerships

“Good attracts good. That’s just Dragon science.” It seems like yesterday that we went on our company trip….and that’s probably because our Dragons can’t stop talking about it. Check out our newest blog to see why: https://bit.ly/2023DATrip We know that adding these trips to the calendar isn’t possible for everyone, but here are some ideas for how you can inspire a little happiness for your own company or team. 💡 • Go to a nearby sporting event for a one-day excursion. • Coordinate a hike to raise money for a nonprofit that is important to you. • Organize an on-site retreat filled with speakers, team building, and a lot of good food. • Look into a local event or offering such as a holiday lights experience, art gallery, theater, or museum. • If you’re local to Atlanta, here are some great organizations that make it easy to have a team outing: Atlanta History Center (learn), Atlanta Botanical Garden Holiday Lights (enjoy), LifeLine Animal Project (volunteer).
