The CEO and Power of U…! These were the key themes of Dominion Energy’s Women’s Conference. It was an inspiring celebration of the power of community to support one another in our lives and careers. It featured phenomenal speakers such as Hannah Craft Sower and Angela D. Reddix, Ph.D. I was fortunate to be a part of this awesome event and have the opportunity to speak to ideas that are deeply important to me: the power of your words and the value of your voice. Thank you and congratulations to everyone who contributed to making this incredible conference such a success!  

This Pride month, we're proud to celebrate the diversity that powers our community. We stand in solidarity with our LGBTQ employees and allies, affirming our commitment to inclusion, equality, and respect for all. Our PRIDE employee resource groups in VA and SC held events to increase awareness, provide educational resources, and foster a welcoming environment to promote acceptance. 🌈💙

We're building the first Jones Act-compliant, offshore wind turbine installation vessel — meet the Charybdis. When completed, it will support construction for Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind in Virginia and will help to grow the offshore wind industry in the United States. 💨A once-in-a-generation infrastructure project is now underway. A feat of engineering, the Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind Project is the largest in the nation. While we provide a critical service, we also seek additional ways to give back to the communities where we live and work. Our employees volunteered more than 110,000 hours last year, and we are keeping the momentum going this year with events like this one at Belle Isle in Richmond. A group of us recently participated in a cleanup along the James River. We picked up many bags of trash while enjoying the beautiful outdoors and great camaraderie.

This week, employee volunteers collaborated with the Palmetto Community Action Partnership to weatherize and improve energy efficiency at the home of a North Charleston resident in need. Thank you volunteers for all of your hard work. 💙
