This week, my worlds collided in the best possible way! I had the incredible opportunity to lead my Mindful Moments "Cultivating Mindfulness: Strategies for Executive Well-being" workshop at a retreat attended by a special group of executives. This workshop included mindfulness and meditation practices, breathwork, and stretching exercises aimed at destressing. What made this experience even more meaningful was the presence of several individuals whom I have known for many years and regard as dear friends. Sharing these practices, which mean so much to me, with people who have played such a significant role in my life was truly a gift. I am very grateful for the trust and openness of everyone who participated in the workshop. And their willingness to embrace these practices.
