Thank you to our corporate partners who joined us for yesterday's webinar, A Focus on Findings from the 2024 Disability Equality Index® Report. Moderated by Russell Shaffer, the conversation included Daniela N. (of Merck), Dominique Sellers (of Paramount), and Hale Pulsifer (of Fidelity Investments) as they explored unique findings from the report and highlighted its benefits to promoting #DisabilityInclusion and #Accessibility within their companies. A few key takeaways from the conversation included: The index is a fantastic tool for businesses that want to receive a blueprint for advancing inclusion best practices. Companies are keeping themselves current by benchmarking their disability inclusion efforts with the Disability Equality Index, and the tool is a great way to ensure they implement emerging best practices. The Disability Equality Index helps businesses pinpoint specific areas where they can improve tangibly, which can help enhance the company's overall culture. Thank you to the moderator and panelists for engaging in such a timely conversation!
